So I'm one of those people that hates coats, I hate being to hot, I hate carrying them around, they are bulky and can cover up a good outfit. So in winter I like to layer up as much as I can to keep my self warm with out a coat.
I wore my favorite turtle neck from Topshop as base layer and added this crop top (again from Topshop) over the top. I love the buckle detail, it adds a 90's vibe to the outfit. I really like having small details like this on a outfit that I can accent with my jewelry.
